The requirements for a Civil Marriage of a Zimbabwean intending to marry a Foreign national are as follows:


All Requirements as for a Marriage between Zimbabweans, which are:
•  National I.D. or passport- original and photocopies
• Passport size photos in colour- 2 each with jacket and tie for men
•  Divorcee decree ( If Divorced) – a certified copy from the High Court
•  Death Certificate( if Widow) – Certified Copy
•  Payment of revenue stamp

Additional Requirements for Foreign National
•  A Non Marriage Certificate from country of Residence (Confirmed by the Embassy)
•  A Police Clearance from Zimbabwe Republic Police (C.I.D) and Country of Residence
•  A Marriage Clearance from the Immigration Department of Zimbabwe

Note: Zimbabweans who intend to marry Foreign Nationals are also required to obtain a Non-Marriage Certificate from the Registrar General
