Rufaro holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from the Zimbabwe Institute of Tax Accountants. Rufaro has a deep and specialized focus on Tax Law, having developed extensive expertise in this area during her previous role as a Tax Consultant at KPMG Southern Africa.

Her strong background in tax law, combined with her practical experience, enables Rufaro to provide clients with comprehensive and strategic tax planning advice. Her areas of expertise include International Tax, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Tax Compliance, allowing her to deliver tailored solutions that address complex tax issues faced by businesses operating locally and internationally.

Rufaro has worked with a diverse range of clients, including banks, mining companies, and multinational corporations, advising on tax-efficient structures, cross-border tax planning, and compliance with local and international tax regulations.
